Construction season is not fun for anyone.

London Transit has launched an initiative this fall to remind riders to Be Kind. Construction this year has significantly affected LTC’s ability to provide timely service as we strive to do. Unfortunately, LTC Bus Operators sometimes take the brunt of complaints when buses are late or when passengers miss their transfers.

We understand that the situation is frustrating and try to keep riders informed through website updates, social media and Real-Time InfoWeb. With the Be Kind campaign we encourage riders to contact us through Customer Service in regards to their concerns.
