The London Transit Commission is inviting applications from interested citizens for appointments to the Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee for a term beginning in 2019 to  November 2022. The Committee will advise and assist the London Transit Commission in promoting and supporting the development and delivery of accessible public transit services in London. 

The Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee is made up of a maximum of nine (9) members representing the different types of disabilities as referenced in the Ontarians with Disability Act 2001 and a maximum of four (4) non-voting members consisting of agencies supporting the disabled community and service providers.

There will be six (6) to eight (8) meetings per year and meetings will be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the London Transit Commission meeting and/or at the call of the Chair.
