The provincial government transit’s tax credit for seniors, introduced in July 2017, can be claimed on Citipass, Weekday and Income-Related Subsidized Passes.

Here are a few options for obtaining receipts for that purpose:

OPTION I

Senior riders purchasing a pass at physical locations can use receipts printed from the POS units (devices used to issue passes).

OPTION II

Any seniors who have purchased their monthly passes online can access their receipts by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the portal
  2. Manage Cards
  • Select card
  1. Purchase History
  • Select receipt number
  1. Print Receipt

OPTION III

Seniors with registered cards can also receive receipts via email or regular mail by contacting our Customer Service staff at 519-451-1347 or via email at ltc@londontransit.ca where the following information will be requested:

  1. Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Address
  4. Card serial number
  5. In which month (in 2018) was a pass purchased

Please note that receipts will be mailed/emailed at the end of February.
