Consistent with the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) regulations, London Transit is updating its multi-year Accessibility Plan which applies to all of the services operated by LTC as well as all of LTC’s facilities. If you wish to review the current Accessibility Plan, it can be found here http://www.londontransit.ca/accessibility-plans/2012-2025-accessibility-plan/.
In preparation for the update, we are reaching out to our riders and the public at large for their assessment on current accessibility practices and feedback on what should be included in the future plan.
The survey includes questions specific to your level of satisfaction with the elements of Regulation 191 to which the LTC must comply. If you are unsure about the requirement, please refer to the Regulation here https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/110191. There will be sections of the survey that you have no opinion on or experience with, please choose N/A in these scenarios.
The survey also includes open ended questions with respect to each aspect of accessibility which allow you to provide feedback on what you would like to see included in the next LTC Accessibility Plan.
This survey will close on Friday October 25, 2019.

In addition to the survey, LTC will be holding a public drop in on Thursday October 17, 2019 at the Central library in the Stevenson & Hunt A room, with an afternoon session (2 – 4pm) and an evening session (6 – 8pm). This public meeting provides the opportunity for LTC customers and the general public to provide feedback on the Plan as well as speak with London Transit’s administrative team and with members of the Commission.
