Given the extension of rear boarding on conventional service until April 30th, the Commission, at its April 2, 2020 meeting approved a full refund to anyone who had purchased an April 2020 monthly pass. Find below details on how to obtain your refund.

NOTE: In an effort to mitigate the potential of crowds at LTC facilities, customers that have purchased and loaded an April monthly pass on a smart card are asked to call LTC at the number below to have their credit processed.  Refunds will NOT be processed at LTC locations.

Details with respect to refund options will be explained when you speak with an LTC representative.

STEPS:

  1. Please call 519-451-1340 ext. 343 between 8:30am and 4:30pm weekdays
  2. You will need to provide:
    1. Your Name
    2. Smart card number (on the back of the card)
    3. Phone number
    4. Registrant information – name and address
    5. Credit card details required for all credit card refunds
