London Transit, like many other transit systems and industries, is working to resolve resource issues ranging from available staffing to available buses and parts. During this time, please rest assured that we are working diligently to resolve or minimize the impacts on service whenever possible.
A major concern we are hearing from riders is crowding or drive-by buses as they are full. Traditionally, we would add tripper buses to help alleviate route specific issues however this is not currently possible. We continue to monitor the routes and when available, articulated buses are being assigned to the routes with the most crowding.
We continue to hire Operators, 310T Technicians and General Service and will send out tripper buses as soon as available.
