As construction continues into the fall there are several major detours that remain in effect. Please note, due to ongoing changes to roads and intersections that are closed as well as special events happening in the core, detour modifications may be required through the remainder of the construction season. Riders are encouraged to stay up to date by checking  the detours page for additional detours and checking realtime.londontransit.ca before travelling.

Effective Monday October 24, 2022 Until Further Notice

Due to safety concerns with the righthand turn for the current detour at Richmond & York, effective for first bus on Monday October 24, 2022, the following routes will operate south to Richmond and Horton amending the existing detour for the Queens & Talbot Street closure:

2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 19, 20, 94 & 102

Below is a map with the detour routing that are in effect. For route specific detours please check your route detour page above.

Note: Until October 24th these routes remain on the current detour.

Continue to be in Effect Until Further Notice

The following routes will continue to be affected by the existing detours. Be sure to check for detour information:

3, 13, 90, & 106

Note that all routes will service all regular bus stops along the detour with the exception of Express Routes which will only service stops with orange stop plates.

It is expected the detours will impact service adherence throughout the transit system. We encourage our riders to plan ahead by checking realtime.londontransit.ca for your route information and to allow extra travel time.

Please note that due to the magnitude of detours occurring throughout the city, Google Maps is not accurately displaying detours and temporary stops.

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
