In preparation for another multi-year Accessibility Plan spanning from 2026-2030, as is a requirement of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), London Transit is seeking public feedback.

Help us ensure that we are addressing the accessibility priorities of our customers by ranking your level of satisfaction in various categories ranging from information & communication, customer service, transportation services on conventional and specialized and more.
