Every year, London Transit conducts a survey with our Conventional and Specialized transit riders to obtain their feedback on their experiences with the services.

This year’s Voice of the Customer survey, conducted by TransPro representatives, will be undertaken as follows:

 Specialized Service

  • Until November 9, registrants can opt out of participating – please contact our Customer Service staff at 519-451-1347 to do same.
  • November 10 to November 24 – survey will be conducted by telephone. Participants will be selected at random.

 Conventional Service

  • Representatives wearing London Transit survey tags will be boarding various buses to conduct the surveys from November 19 until November 28
