The introduction of two curbside bus-only lanes on King St are part of the East London Link portion of the Rapid Transit Project that will eventually see rapid transit run along that corridor. Bus-only lanes separate buses from general traffic on the road to help improve reliability and frequency. These dedicated bus lanes are identified by red paint, bus-only signs and other pavement markings.
 
Until rapid transit is implemented, starting Monday April 28, 2025, Route 94 will operate in both directions (east and west) along King St between Wellington St and Ontario St.
 
Stop location and IDs along King St are as follows:
  • Ontario St at King St: northbound Stop ID 2972 & southbound Stop ID 2973
  • King St at Adelaide St: eastbound Stop ID 2962 & westbound Stop ID 2963
  • King St at Burwell St: eastbound Stop ID 2977 & westbound Stop ID 2978
