There are currently five (5) available positions on London Transit’s Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee for the term ending November 2026. The available positions include two (2) voting and three (3) non-voting. The Committee advises and assists the London Transit Commission in promoting and supporting the development and delivery of accessible public transit services in London – see the Committee’s Terms of Reference.

The Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee is made up of a maximum of nine (9) members representing the different types of disabilities as referenced in the Ontarians with Disability Act 2001 and a maximum of four (4) non-voting members consisting of agencies supporting the disabled community and service providers. A member of Council must also be on the Committee as a voting member.
