Re: 2026 Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee Meeting Dates
Recommendation
That the Committee confirm the dates for 2026 meetings as set out below, noting the meetings are to continue to be held in a hybrid format on Tuesdays with a starting time of 11:00 a.m.
Dates:
March 17, 2026
April 7, 2026
May 26, 2026 – Meeting at the call of the Chair
June 10, 2026
July 14, 2026 – Meeting at the call of the Chair
August 18, 2026 – Meeting at the call of the Chair
September 15, 2026
October 13, 2026 – Meeting at the call of the Chair
Background
The meetings that are indicated as “at the call of the Chair” are intended as place-holder dates only and will be confirmed closer to the date. The Committee Secretary will send calendar holds for these dates to all Committee members and will remove them in the event it has been determined that a meeting is not required.
Meetings may also be scheduled at the call of the Chair, in the case of emergent issues.
