Overview:
The city of London has planned to reconstruct Pond Mills road and Deveron crescent to improve aging infrastructure. This construction project has been divided into 3 phases, and the first phase scheduled to begin July 22 will include the closure of Pond Mills between Oldham and Deveron.
As each phase of construction continues for this project, service impacts will be seen throughout the corridor. Below are details on the current construction impacts. Phase 1: Pond Mills between Oldham and Deveron – anticipated to begin July 22 until further notice.
Construction is scheduled to begin first bus on Wednesday July 22, 2026 with additional impacts anticipated throughout the construction project. Detour routes and alternate stop locations are set out below and impact routes 10 & 16.
Route 10 Masonville: South on Pond Mills, right on Deveron, right on Pond Mills to regular route
Route 10 Huron & Barker: North on Pond Mills, left on Deveron, left on Pond Mills to regular route
Route 16 Southbound: South on Pond Mills, right on Deveron, through the Deveron and Pond Mills intersection to regular route
