Overview
The City of London will be reconstructing Highbury Ave between Hamilton Rd and Bradley Ave beginning April 27, 2026. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the Commissioners Rd East and Bradley Ave bridges. During construction, transit service will be impacted due to lane reductions, temporary traffic shifts, phased ramp closures, and detours in these areas. Details on current construction impacts are provided below.
