Re: Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee – Application
Recommendation
That the Commission ACCEPT the application, as set out in Enclosure I, for a position as a voting member on the Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee for a term ending November 16, 2026.
Background
An application to join the Accessible Public Transit Service Advisory Committee as a Voting Member was received on March 20, 2023. At the time, there were already nine members (the maximum based on the Committee’s terms of reference) and as such, there were no vacancies; however, a position has since opened up. Attached (for Commissioner’s only) is the application, which meets the expectations of Committee members as set out in the Committee’s terms of reference, for Commission review and approval.
