12.4 Service Fleet Replacement – Bus Expansion/Replacement programs have commenced. The first two buses are scheduled to be delivered in late November; the remainder of the fleet will have a final delivery date in early 2024. All buses are planned to be in service by end of February 2024.

Ministry of Transportation Regulatory Amendments

A standing item on the annual Work Program is the monitoring and compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations and amendments. The MTO has changed their practice on required MTO inspection audits for all commercial sites. Since the onset of the pandemic all site visits have been suspended. Through talks with the MTO, site visits were scheduled for the month of July. Both facilities had no violations and were placed back into an annual rotation going forward.
