- Acknowledgement of the source of the Information is optional, but you are entitled and encouraged to do so by conspicuously announcing that these data sets are available from LTC under these Terms of Use and by providing a link to LTC’s Open Data web page.
Exemptions
- These Terms of Use do not grant you any right to use:
a) personal information;
b) third-party rights London Transit is not authorized to licence;
c) the names, crests, logos, or other official marks of London Transit;
d) information subject to other intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and official marks.
Non-endorsement
- These Terms of Use do not grant you any right to use the information in a way that suggests any official status or that London Transit endorses you or your use of the Information.
No warranty
- The information is provided “as is”, and London Transit excludes all representations, warranties, obligations, and liabilities, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- London Transit is not liable for any errors or omissions in the Information, and will not under any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other loss, injury or damage caused by its use or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms of Use or the Information, even if specifically advised of the possibility of such loss, injury or damage.
