Service reductions are proposed for the following routes to better align service with ridership. The following routes and service hours have low ridership and their reductions enable investment elsewhere to address overcrowding and late buses.
Route 4 – Weekday before 7am – From 30 to 40 minutes.
Route 10/14 – Saturday before 8am – From 30 to 35 minutes.
Route 12 – Weekday 7-9am – From 20 to 30 minutes.
Route 12 – Weekday 3-6pm – From 20 to 25 minutes.
Route 12 – Sunday 9:30-11pm – Eliminate service.
Route 12 – Saturday 8-10am – From 30 to 50 minutes.
Route 12 – Saturday 10am – 12pm – From 30 to 60 minutes.
Route 12 – Saturday 6-9pm – From 30 to 50 minutes.
Route 13 – Saturday 8-10am – From 15 to 16 minutes.
Route 15/21 – Weekday before 7am– From 15 to 20 minutes.
Route 15/21 – Saturday 6-8am – From 30 to 35 minutes.
Route 16 – Saturday before 8am – From 30 to 35 minutes.
Route 25 – Saturday before 8am – Eliminate service.
Route 25 – Saturday 8-10am – From 30 to 55 minutes.
Route 35 – Weekday before 7am – Eliminate service.
Route 35 – Weekday 9-9:30pm – Eliminate service.
Route 35 – Saturday before 8am – Eliminate service.
Route 35 – Saturday 8-9pm – Eliminate service.
Route 35 – Sunday 9 am – 12 pm – Eliminate service.
Route 104 – Weekday 6:30-7:15am – Eliminate service.
Route 104 – Saturday 8-10am – Eliminate service.
Route 106 – Weekday 6-7 am – Eliminate service.

Route 4 – Saturday before 8am – From 30 to 40 minutes.
Route 4 – Sunday 9:45-11pm – From 30 to 35 minutes.
Route 10/14 – Saturday – Reduce round trip time between 10am and 11am (same frequency)
Route 33 – Weekday 7am-6pm – From 20 to 35 minutes between 7am and 6pm
Route 35 – Saturday 8-10am – Eliminate service.
Route 90 – Weekday 7-7:30am – From 15 to 20 minutes.
