Tis the season for holiday schedules and Customer Service hours to be in effect. London Transit will operate on holiday schedules on December 25th, 26th, 31st & January 1st be sure to check your schedule in advance. Special Holiday schedules will be available on the Routes & Schedules page the week of December 8th. Customer Service hours and Ticket Sales will also differ during this time of year.

Further, on New Year’s Eve from 8PM to the end of service, transit service will be free for everyone to have a safe ride home!

December 24th

  • Regular Weekday Schedules
  • Customer Service – 6:00AM – 10:00PM
  • Ticket Sales at Downtown Ticket Office – 7:00AM – 7:00PM
  • Ticket Sales at 450 Highbury Office – 8:00AM – 10:00PM

December 25th

  • Special Holiday Schedules for routes in service
  • Customer Service & Ticket Sales – 8:30 AM – Noon & 1:00PM – 4:30PM
  • Downtown Ticket Office – Closed

December 26th

  • Special Holiday Schedules for routes in service
  • Customer Service & Ticket Sales – 8:30 AM – Noon & 1:00PM – 4:30PM
  • Downtown Ticket Office – Closed

London Transit will return to regular transit service and operational hours from December 27th to December 30th.

December 31st

  • Extended Weekday Schedules for routes operating beyond 8PM
    • Free service from 8PM to end of service
  • Customer Service – 6:00AM – 10:00PM
  • Ticket Sales at Downtown Ticket Office – 7:00AM – 7:00PM
  • Ticket Sales at 450 Highbury Office – 8:00AM – 10:00PM

January 1st

Lost & Found – Items of Value

Please note that items of value that are turned in will not be available for pick up from noon on December 24th until December 29th and noon on December 31st until January 2nd. If you have lost an item of value on the bus please call 519-451-1347 ext 314 and leave a message and we will return your call when we are back in the office.
