Draft 2026 Service Plan

The Draft 2026 Service Plan, is proposing service changes to 11 routes totaling over 24, 000 annualized service hours.  As the approved budget only allows for the implementation of 18,000 annualized service hours, the priorities listed below need to be further refined.  We are seeking your feedback on the proposed changes to help determine which changes should be implemented for 2026.  Please read the service change details below and then complete the 2026 Draft Service Plan Survey to provide input into the planning process.

Proposed Routing Modifications

To expand the Express Route Network, an extension to Route 91 has been proposed that would connect Fanshawe College to Argyle Mall via second street. The  proposed extension is expected to alleviate crowding on Route 17 east of Fanshawe, and provide an alternate more direct connection between Argyle and major nodes on the Oxford corridor.
