Effective March 1, 2023 London Transit riders are permitted to ride with small domestic pets that meet the following criteria: Small domestic pets that are transported in a fully enclosed pet-purpose carrier/cage The cage/carrier must fit in the lap or under the seat/at feet of the rider Small domestic pets are defined as a mammal
