Whether you’re a regular user, casual rider or do not use transit at all, your feedback is important. We are looking for Londoners who have a genuine interest in improving transit to partake in periodic online surveys on a variety of topics including service changes, fare options, bus features and more.
All you need to sign up is to provide your name and email address here or sign up when you meet one of our Transit Engagement & Event Assistants as they make their way throughout the city this summer!
After signing up you can expect an email with a short survey asking for additional general information to help provide targeted surveys that apply to you.
The number of surveys per year will vary and all will be completely voluntary – you may choose to skip certain surveys if you wish. Additionally opting out is possible at any time by unsubscribing.
