In compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 (SFO Act) and the City of London By-Law, London Transit is fully committed to adhering to provide a smoke-free experience for our employees and riders. As such, there is no smoking or vaping within 9 metres (30 feet) within the entrance of LTC buses and LTC bus shelters.
On LTC property there are two designated smoking areas:
- 450 Highbury: Northwest corner in the designated shelter
- 3508 Wonderland: Northwest corner in the designated shelter
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere else on LTC property.
All employees, vendors, businesses occupying the facilities and the public are required to comply with the non-smoking designation.
